Kathleen Shanahan

Kathleen Shanahan is CEO at Turtle & Hughes, Inc., one of the largest independent industrial and electric distribution companies in the nation, with offices in Deer Park and Port Lavaca, Texas. She was named CEO in 2020 after serving for two years as co-CEO alongside Jayne Millard, now executive chairman of the board at the fourth-generation family business.
