Joel Trammell is a successful founder of four companies and has led seven companies as CEO ranging from start-ups to a billion-dollar public company. As an author and educator, he has taught CEO master classes and Managerial Excellence courses for many years. He is the founder of the Texas CEO Magazine and the owner of the Texas CEO Ranch in Texas. He has developed software to help CEOs align goals across their organization and measure performance. Joel is on a mission to teach new and current CEOs what almost no one else is teaching: how to successfully perform the CEO job.
Rebecca French Smith

Rebecca French Smith may be a Texas transplant, but she’s always wanted to live somewhere that oozed attitude and warm weather. She hit the jackpot when she came to Texas, and we did too! She’s a University of Missouri J-School Tiger and brings with her more than two decades of publishing, editorial, and marketing experience in the business, travel, lifestyle, and agriculture industries, most recently as the editor-in-chief at Missouri Life magazine. She loves a good story and is passionate about connecting stories to audiences, brands to consumers, and companies to clients.
