The seller wants to realize the fruits of their labor from years of growing their business by getting the best price and most favorable terms when selling their company.
In order for the seller to negotiate from a position of strength, they need to look at the business through the eyes of a buyer and be able to answer the questions typically asked, possibly fortify the top management team, and be ready to discuss how the business can grow into the future. By providing this information, the risk to the buyer is lowered, and as we all know, lowering the risk raises the price.
Join us on Friday, May 19, at the Texas CEO Enlightened Speaker Series breakfast at the Park City Club to learn how to be ready to negotiate from strength.
