Pat Niekamp

Pat Niekamp is co-founder, publisher and resident evangelist of Texas CEO Magazine.  Pat’s mission is connecting Texas businesses in person, through the pages of the magazine and website.

Pat’s background includes two decades of senior management, sales and marketing in the media industry.  She has managed television stations in 2 different cities, led the sales and marketing efforts of several media organizations, and recently served a two-year term as President of the Austin Advertising Federation.  Pat is married to Dr. Ray Niekamp, a faculty member in the School of Journalism at Texas State University.

Jason Myers is the co-founder and editor-in-chief of Texas CEO Magazine, a window into the lives of the men and women who make Texas an economic and cultural icon. Featuring the Lone Star State’s greatest business leaders, Texas CEO Magazine has an editorial mission to educate, share ideas, advice, successes and challenges, and express opinions for Texas business leaders and owners.

Jason brings extensive experience in the area of CEO content and community building through the successful development of a startup magazine called Business District in the Austin, Texas metropolitan area. Texas CEO Magazine is the natural evolution of that publication.

Before starting Business District Magazine in 2005, Jason served as marketing director for multiple companies in high-tech industry, where he established several brand publications that led to increased sales and market awareness.

Jason has a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas in Lawrence.
